Kyora Score is a digital product. When you purchase, we immediately generate your readiness report, rewritten resume, project roadmap, and interview preparation from your own resume, and we deliver them to you right away. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We stand behind your report. If you're not satisfied with your results within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll make it right with a free 30-minute one-on-one session to work through your report, your resume, and your next steps. This is a service guarantee, not a money-back refund.
Why sales are final
Your report and resume are generated specifically from the resume you upload and the role you select. Once generated and delivered, the digital goods have been provided in full and cannot be returned or "unsent." For this reason we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for outcomes such as not receiving an interview or offer, or because you did not act on the guidance provided.
What the guarantee covers
If your report doesn't meet your expectations, we'd rather help than leave you stuck. Within 30 days of purchase, you can claim a free 30-minute one-on-one session where we'll review your report and resume with you and help you plan your next steps. To claim it, email us with the email address you used at checkout.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our discretion, or where required by law, including if a technical error prevented us from delivering your report and we are unable to resolve it. If you were charged more than once for the same order in error, contact us and we will correct the duplicate charge.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state. Where such laws apply and grant you a right to a refund, this policy does not override them.
