These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kyora Score, a tool operated by Kyora IQ ("we," "us," or "our") that analyzes your resume against a target cybersecurity role and produces a readiness report, a rewritten resume, a project roadmap, and interview preparation (the "Service"). By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Kyora Score analyzes the resume you upload against a blueprint for the role you select and generates guidance to help you improve your candidacy. The Service provides information and educational guidance only. It does not guarantee any job, interview, offer, salary, or other outcome, and we are not a recruiter, employer, staffing agency, or career-placement service.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Content and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the resume and information you upload, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that contains another person's information without authorization.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the outputs before relying on them. Generated resumes and guidance should be checked for accuracy; you should never present invented experience or credentials as your own.
• You may use the outputs for your personal job search. You may not resell, redistribute, or offer the Service or its outputs as your own commercial product.

AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your resume and generate outputs. AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs, including any resume you submit to employers.

Purchases and Payment

Certain features require a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, and by purchasing you authorize the charge. The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon successful analysis. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Delivery and Access

After purchase, we generate your outputs and provide access through a private link, and we may send that link to the email you provide. Keep your link private; anyone with the link may view the associated report. You can request your link again through our retrieve feature.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its blueprints, software, and design, is owned by Kyora IQ and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and its outputs for your personal job search. The outputs generated from your resume are yours to use for that purpose; the underlying Service and templates remain ours.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer it, circumvent security or rate limits, submit malicious files, scrape or bulk-extract content, or use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that outputs will lead to any particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyora IQ and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyora IQ from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised Terms here. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection laws of your place of residence provide otherwise. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
